xiQ is looking for a Communication Specialist !

  • Planning, managing, and implementing the full Content Marketing Funnel Strategy. This includes planning a quarterly Content Calendar and producing the right content for each stage of the Marketing Funnel.
  • Plan and manage the Monthly social media Calendar, which includes providing Briefs and Prompts to the designers, and writing Copy(s) and Captions for a full pre-approved Monthly Social Calendar.
  • Create TOP of the funnel content with “Awareness” as a primary goal – this includes planning and creating awareness Blog Articles, Awareness Videos, Whitepapers, and already Published Webinars repurposing into Blogs, PDFS, and Slide Decks.
  • Create MIDDLE of the funnel content with “Consideration” as the primary role – this would include drafting Comparisons Guide, Case Studies, Deeper Dive Webinars, Marketing Awards Program Signups & PR.
  • Plan & produce the BOTTOM of the funnel Content with “Conversion” as a primary goal. This includes working on Client Testimonials, 3rd party g2 & Capterra product reviews, Influencer Marketing, etc.
  • Work with 3rd party content publishers’ websites in the industry like Martech-related websites for Content Syndication and Content Distribution purposes to promote Brand Awareness, Generate Relevant Traffic, and Qualified Leads ICP.
  • Connect with influential Media Outlets and Journalists to place stories about Company News and other initiatives.
  • Create content regularly to grow the company’s footprint (Press Releases, Corporate Announcements, Creative Content, Industry Awards, Certification, Event Sign-Ups)
  • Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field (essential).
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in communications strategy development (essential).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Content writing experience for all media platforms.
  • Proven social media and networking expertise.
  • Strategic and creative mindset.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
Job Timings: 3PM to 12AM (Onsite)
