Job Description:

We are looking for a prolific and talented content creator to write and produce various types of downloadable content and blog regularly, to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage the monthly social media calendar, which includes providing briefs and prompt to the designers, writing copy(s) and captions for a full pre- approved monthly social calendar.
  • Plan and provide content for the website and landing pages as and when required and write email copy(s) and subject lines in line with the overall campaign communication strategy.
  • Work with Product & Customer Success Teams to work on the video tutorials, learning materials, certifications, manuals, and guides and provide briefs, prompts and script as and when required.
  • Planning, managing, and implementing the full content marketing funnel strategy.
  • This includes planning a yearly content calendar and producing right content for each stage of the marketing funnel.
  • Yearly Content Inventory would include TOP of the funnel content with “Awareness” as a primary goal – this includes creating awareness blog articles, awareness videos, whitepapers, already published webinars repurposing into blogs, PDFS, and slide decks.
  • Create MIDDLE of the funnel content with “Consideration” as primary role – this would include drafting Comparisons Guide, Case Studies, Deeper Dive Webinars, Marketing Awards Program signups & PR.
  • Plan & produce BOTTOM of the funnel Content with “Conversion” as a primary goal. This includes working on Client Testimonials, 3rd party g2 & Capterra product reviews, influencer marketing etc.
  • Work with 3rd party content publishers’ websites in the industry like Martech related websites for content syndication and content distribution purposes to brand awareness, relevant traffic and generate qualified leads ICP.
Requirements
  • 5 years working experience; BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Expertise writing and producing high-quality SaaS B2B content in various formats including video, eBooks, whitepapers, guides, infographics, blogs, social posts, advertising.
  • Professional, customer-facing and engaging online presence.
  • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and InDesign) a plus!
