  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned collateral (including blog posts, email copies, whitepapers, ebooks, brochures, booklets, slide decks, webinar content, infographics, video scripts, website content, whitepapers etc.)
  • Create content regularly to grow the company’s footprint (press releases, product releases/upgrades, and corporate announcements).
  • Create story boards for product and marketing related videos.
  • Optimize our lead nurturing processes through email copies, and social media posts/captions.
  • Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
  • Optimizing content for search engines and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals to produce relevant content that meets the needs of our audience.
  • Proofreading copy drafts, presentations, graphic layouts and online content feeds in order to catch and correct spelling, grammar, usage, formatting and consistency errors, as well as errors of content and style
  • Review and assessment of new products and technologies for appropriate positioning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience in writing and editing copy for tech industry
  • Strong editing/proofreading skills, with experience in proofreading copy for grammar, context and typographical accuracy.
  • Ability to synthesize messaging from a wide variety of sources into cohesive, consistent communications.
  • Ability to undertake immersive product education rapidly and self-reliantly and apply new knowledge appropriately.
  • Ability to assume a variety of writing styles. Technical sophistication and employment of voices appropriate to businesses relevant to North American market.
  • Ability to work autonomously, under tight deadline pressures, multitask and prioritize a rapidly changing workload.
  • Willingness to contribute within a team environment, partnering with creative associates, account executives and management to complete large, highly detailed projects
  • Experience in an advertising, graphics or marketing environment and knowledge of basic creative development process a plus
  • Must enjoy a fast pace and be a self-starter, organized, thorough, flexible and extremely detail oriented
  • Minimum 3 years of writing and editing experience
