- Carrying out in-depth business analysis on key clients and prospects (North American Market), identifying their strategic sales and marketing objectives
- Devising a strategy to position xiQ value proposition such that it aligns with prospects’ business pain points
- Client onboarding and working closely with them to ensure that they get maximum value out of xiQ
- Coordinating with development teams to ensure product development is driven by client demand
- Working with marketing on key accounts targeting strategy and helping sales close more deals
- Must have attitude and aptitude to work with high paced, rapidly growing Silicon Valley startup
- Strong business acumen preferably supported by relevant experience and major courses
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Good understanding regarding technology particularly marketing automation, sales intelligence, and CRM platforms is preferred. A mix of computer science and business courses during major preferred
