We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Product Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for our products. This role requires a blend of technical aptitude, marketing acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience and differentiates our products in the market.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop product marketing strategies and plans.
- Create compelling content (e.g., sales collateral, product videos, website copy, blog posts) that articulates the value proposition and benefits of our products.
- Determine root causes, develop business cases, test/implement solutions and prioritize competing opportunities
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and inform product and marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed based on performance data.
- Analyze product usage data to identify opportunities for growth and improved customer experience.
- Manage product-related content on the company website and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor KPIs and produce reports on growth initiatives’ effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 2+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the B2B tech, marketing, or advertising industry.
- Proven track record of crafting compelling messaging and executing successful product marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and how to enable sales teams with product marketing content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills to assess market trends and derive insights from data.
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms, as well as CRM and analytics software.
