We are seeking a Sales Account Executive with 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically selling enterprise software to large enterprise clients. As a Sales Account Executive at xiQ, you will play a crucial role in driving new business, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets. - Generate new business opportunities by identifying and prospecting potential clients in the large enterprise market
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target accounts
- Utilize xiQ’s AI-based sales solutions to understand client pain points, conduct needs assessments, and provide tailored solutions that deliver value
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on both new customer acquisition and upselling to existing accounts
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and xiQ’s product offerings to effectively position solutions and articulate value propositions
- Conduct compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that resonate with potential clients
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and licensing agreements to secure new business and drive revenue growth
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, demonstrating progress towards targets and identifying areas for improvement
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centricity throughout the sales process, ensuring customer success and satisfaction
- 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling enterprise software to large enterprise clients
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for success, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to take ownership of the sales process
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
- Familiarity with AI-based sales solutions, CRM, sales enablement, and marketing automation systems is advantageous
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
