Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients who align with our Ideal Customer Profile
  • Craft personalized outreach messages that resonate with potential clients, driving meaningful conversations
  • Tailor outreach strategies to resonate with the specific needs and pain points of these potential clients
  • Utilize email, phone, and social media channels to connect with qualified prospects to transition them into meetings
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify top-engaged contacts using lead-scoring techniques
  • Follow up with these contacts to transition them into qualified meetings, leveraging their existing interest
  • Reach out promptly to demo registrants, confirming their attendance for scheduled calls
  • Address any questions or concerns to ensure a seamless and positive experience for registrants
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Previous 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in email marketing and customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy calendar
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Calendly or Google Calendar
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow up with leads and prospects

Job Timings: 3PM – 12AM / 5PM – 2AM (Onsite)
