xiQ is growing! Director Enterprise Sales:

We are looking for a bright, entrepreneurial-minded, highly motivated, self-starter, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to join our sales team as Director of Enterprise Sales and help xiQ accelerate revenue growth

The ideal candidate should have a “hunter mentality” and will be responsible for direct selling and building a sustainable pipeline.

You will be skilled at using research to gain insight into customer challenges, identifying key stakeholders, and challenging customers’ thinking about how xiQ can transform their sales and marketing.

You must be capable of engaging CXO-level decision-makers.

The ideal candidate has a track record of exceeding sales targets.

This role offers the opportunity to be in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up where innovative ideas are encouraged, and collaboration is necessary.

This role reports directly to the VP of Sales. The position will be remote.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct selling, prospecting, nurturing and closing deals
  • Develop sales plan and execute strategy to exceed sales quota
  • Lead through all stages of the sales cycle – qualify prospects, conduct demos, value-based selling, and client on-boarding
  • Conduct client presentations and demonstrate the xiQ platform, highlight xiQ’s unique differentiators and how they generate exponential value and solve the customer’s business challenges
  • Disciplined and timely pipeline management.
  • Partner closely with Client Success to ensure our customers are fully trained and on-boarded to receive maximum value from xiQ
Requirements:
  • Proven track record as an individual contributor
  • 3-5 years of direct B2B sales experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree preferably with a major in business
  • Demonstrated ability to originate, shape, and close complex business in a competitive sales environment
  • Strong understanding of the B2B enterprise sales and marketing technology stack
  • Engaging and friendly personality
  • Hunter and farmer sales psyche
  • Articulate, detailed-oriented and client-focused
  • Strong oral/written communication, presentation and negotiating skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, early-stage, start-up company
  • Familiarity with and preferably trained in relationship selling approaches like the Challenger Sales Approach
  • Excellent client management skills, building strong client relationships and driving mutually successful outcomes
Other:
  • Compensation – OTE = 50:50 (Base: Commission)
