Job Responsibilities:
- Virtualization: VMware Esxi, vCenter, Backups, Snapshots, etc
- Windows Server Administration (DHCP Management, DNS, etc)
- O365 Management
- Finding & Fixing Vulnerabilities related to Systems and Servers
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Data Network services and Local Area Network support
- Network SWs VLAN maintenance on routine work
- PC/Laptop installation, configuration, hardware and Software problems
- Networked printer problems and installation/ configuration
- Vendor Management & communication
- Procuring equipment as per the SOP of Organization
- Application software maintenance and support
- Oversee data backup and system security operations (e.g., One-Drive, User Data, Servers)
- On-boarding & Off-boarding of users in the organization
- Application software maintenance and support
- Control costs and budgets regarding IT systems
- Managing Data Centers
- Installation of Routers, Switches & Firewalls
- Providing Support to work from home users & office users
- Inventory management
- Provide CCTV Solutions & Maintenance
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Relevant Experience of 3+ years
- Good desktop support and troubleshooting skills
- Having MCSA, MCSE, A+ certification would be a plus
- Hands on Windows Administration experience
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
- Remote Support
- Working knowledge across MS, Mac, Linux
