US-Based Sr. Account Executive

Location: USA is looking for a bright, highly motivated, self-starter, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our Enterprise sales team. This person should have a “hunter mentality” and will play a large role in continuing xiQ’s growth. You will be skilled at using research to gain insight into customer challenges, identifying key stakeholders, and challenging customers’ thinking about how xiQ can transform the way their business operates. You must be capable of engaging CXO level decision-makers. The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding sales targets with enterprise customers. This position offers the opportunity to be in a fast-paced, high growth environment where new ideas are encouraged, and collaboration is a must. This role reports directly to the Director, Enterprise Sales. The position will be remote.

What You’ll Do
  • Attaining annual quota for new logo sales and expansion of new clients
  • Overall success of assigned accounts by building and maintaining strong relationships with executive level contacts
  • Identify new contacts and build new relationships within accounts
  • Work with both executives and key decision makers at assigned companies to secure additional wallet share to successfully grow revenues
  • Generate buyer interest by presenting/demonstrating the xiQ platform and selling the value of relevant features and functions that solve new customer’s business challenges
  • Develop action-oriented account plans for customers that outline their specific growth opportunities, critical success factors, and metrics for success
  • Partner closely with members of Customer Success to ensure our customers are fully trained and on-boarded to receive maximum value from our platform.
What You’ll Need
  • 2 + years of successful account management experience
  • Proven success growing an existing customer base through proactive selling activities
  • Previous SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience working an enterprise account base
  • Familiarity with the Challenger Skill set.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proven experience challenging customers to think differently about their business
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related degree
