xiQ is looking for Account Executive!

xiQ is growing, and we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Account Executive to help us accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for direct selling and building a sustainable pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Develop sales plan and execute the strategy to achieve and exceed sales quota
  • Lead through all stages of the sales cycle – qualify prospects, conduct demos, value-based selling, and client on-boarding
  • Develop account plans for customers that outline their specific growth opportunities, critical success factors, and metrics for success
  • Build a deep understanding of the client’s business – personally originating and closing new business opportunities, and building enduring client relationships
  • Drive sales performance through the adoption of strategic sales processes and pipeline management.
  • Deliver ongoing growth through new client acquisition, new business models, and the identification of new market opportunities
  • Partner closely with Client Success to ensure our customers are fully trained and on-boarded to receive maximum value from xiQ
Requirements
  • Proven track record as an individual contributor and sales team lead
  • 3-5 years of direct B2B sales experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to originate, shape, and close complex business in a competitive sales environment
  • Engaging and friendly personality
  • Hunter and farmer sales psyche
  • Articulate, detailed-oriented and client-focused
  • Strong oral/written communication, presentation, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, early-stage, start-up company
  • Strong understanding of the B2B enterprise sales and marketing technology stack
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree preferably with a major in business
  • Trained in relationship selling approaches like the Challenger Sales Approach
  • Excellent client management skills, building strong client relationships and driving mutually successful outcomes
