The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of surpassing sales targets with enterprise customers, showcasing their ability to engage with CXO-level decision-makers. Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the achievement of annual quotas for new logo sales and proactively expand client acquisitions
  • Strategically ensure the overall success of assigned accounts by establishing and maintaining robust relationships with executive-level contacts
  • Proactively identify new contacts and foster relationships within accounts, emphasizing a proactive and relationship-driven business development approach
  • Collaborate effectively with executives and key decision-makers at assigned companies to secure additional wallet share, thereby driving substantial revenue growth
  • Generate buyer interest through impactful presentations and demonstrations of the xiQ platform, emphasizing the value of relevant features and functions tailored to address specific business challenges
  • Develop action-oriented account plans, providing a strategic roadmap that outlines growth opportunities, critical success factors, and success metrics for customers
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure customers are not only acquired but fully trained and onboarded, allowing them to derive maximum value from the xiQ platform

Job Requirements:

  • 3- 5 years of successful account management experience
  • Proven track record in selling SaaS solutions and/or digital media to Director, VP, and C-Level executives of US enterprises
  • Proficient in managing a complex sales cycle involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers across different lines of business
  • Demonstrated passion for customer success, effectively communicated in both in-person and phone interactions
  • Self-motivated and responsible professional dedicated to representing the company with the highest level of integrity and professionalism
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field
