xiQ just achieved another milestone!

When a four person team slogging in their garage two years ago slogs their way into an organization that gets featured on a chart like the one above – Inside Sales Landscape by VentureBeat, it is a heady feeling.

Not that any other kind of recognition is not exciting – in our short career since we launched xiQ Market Intelligence Platform 1.0 in December 2015, we have hit several milestones. Closing our first enterprise customer, Genpact, in the management consulting industry in January 2016 was a solid validation that the market was starting to see and value the vision, that we have been executing towards.

Several other deals later, we got our 2nd large enterprise success when a large government agency decided to select us as their market intelligence platform to keep a vigilant eye on cyberattacks on the smart grid and infrastructure, demonstrating that xiQ had arrived as a platform supporting the most critical real-time mission-critical intelligence needs of large organizations. Companies like Viptela, Cloudastructure and Futurescape along with several other are using xiQ to generate relevant content, in minutes, to use in their content marketing initiatives and to deliver real-time market insights for their Account-Based Marketing teams. These revenue related wins go a long way in increasing the user base, bring in new ideas for product enhancement and most importantly fund growth into the future.

It was also very exciting when IBM Watson approached us for a partnership and offered to bring in artificial intelligence driven insights and analysis into our offering to our customers. The mix of cognitive computing combined with natural language processing, and machine learning synthesizes data, news and media content into business ready contextual information for sales and marketing professions – providing industry insights, account specific information and competitive and market intelligence.

xiQ’s Media Curation Workbench is emerging as a new channel for discovering relevant content, on any conceivable topic, for use in content marketing initiative. Content discovered and curated in xiQ is leveraged through leading CRM and Marketing Automation platforms like Salesforce.com Pardot, Marketo, HupSpot, AutopilotHQ and MailChimp.

We march forward – recognition like the one from VentureBeat are good feathers to treasure, but this is only a start for xiQ to achieve greater heights in the future.
